At Griffin Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled state to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if applicable and pack it securely in its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For oversized furniture pieces, our team will coordinate a professional freight pickup, while smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized shipping center using our prepaid label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
